Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.
Lunch: Beef mayo sandwich.
Fruit: Apple (much nicer than pears and bananas). Kiwi.
Dinner: Stir fry.
Drinks: Teas. Coffees.
Wisdom: Tidy house => happier => eat less. Have finally installed Unf*ck your Habitat (SB recommended it months ago). I installed it right at the end of tidying for tomorrow, but it still inspired me to wipe down and unmuck the front door. I’ve added one challenge from it per day to my tokens.
Wisdom 2: I don’t seem to be doing much exercise at the moment. The plan is from Monday to take E for a walk immediately after work rather than always intending to do it later and never getting round to it.
