New Challenge (Tuesday)

I reached my 35 tokens, so I’ve mailed the Reiki lady to book a massage.

The new challenge is 50 tokens for a day off work.

Breakfast: All Bran with a little bit of All Bran Red Berry Crunch.

Lunch: Smiling Fish with chilli sauce plus a mini baguette from the Co-op.

Snack: Small chocolate chilli biscuit.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees. Elderflower with sparkling water.

Fruit: Grapes. Blueberries. Strawberries.

More snacking: Small amount of chocolate with nuts. 1 mini cracker (for cheese).

Dinner: Pork salad baguette.

Wisdom 1: Did a quick Unf*ck your habitat challenge earlier and felt so re-invigorated. Happy => less likely to eat junk food.

Wisdom 2: Need to look up videos on negative pull-ups and other things to do with my pull-up bar.
