Bowdown Wood (Wednesday)

Breakfast: AllBran + AllBran with Red Berry Crunch.

Lunch: Pork chop sandwich with mayo and tomato.

Fruit: Apple.

Drinks: Teas. Coffees. Elderflower and sparkling water.

Dinner: Pork chop sandwich.

Snack: Lindt Hazelnut

Exercise: 8779 steps (took E to Bowden Wood).

Wisdom: Need to walk more each day.

Wisdom 2: Need to eat the kiwis tonight as they won’t last much longer. Will chop them up before settling down to watch episode 10 of The Affair.

More fruit: 2 kiwis.
