Wisdom 1: Watch videos about climbing to get the technique.

Wisdom 2: Follow the negative pull ups program daily.

Dinner: Homemade cheese burger.

Snacks: Chocolate ginger biscuits. Tunnocks tea cake.

Alcohol: Shared a bottle of red with B then a small glass of white and the last of the port.
