Dinner: Angus dry-aged rib-eye steak with mushrooms in cream sauce, potatoes and broccoli.
Wisdom: Put fruit in the living room to be eaten when watching TV.
Wisdom 2: Eat porridge as McDonald’s rather than muffins as much healthier. Takes longer to make but worth it.
