The PopSugar website has lots of workouts and good advice. I need to do one of the quick workouts.
From now on I’m going to have one glass of water to every two glasses of alcohol I drink.
People may doubt my resolve, but this is not just a line in the sand.
I need to drink two litres of water per day. Apparently this will aid weight loss. It should fill me up so I eat less. If I don’t do this, I won’t get my trip to London in December.
Only eat it if it’s really nice! Currently eating some lush chocolate cake.
What matters to me:
- becoming slim and looking good
- becoming really good at my job
- seeing as much as the world as possible
- seeing the best things in the world: music, books, art
I’ll be booking my day off on 11th December to go to London if I do 15 minutes Pluralsight per day on a work day and I do 2 minutes horizontal exercise per day (sit-ups & push-ups etc).
The 3 meals 1 treat plan is simply not working. I think putting off eating something bad as long as possible is a better plan.
