From March onwards I’m not going to stand and eat except when cooking for someone or when with someone else who is also standing and eating.
I need to sort out my time management skills. Any tips welcome.
Still haven’t finished Ben Collins’ book. It has to be ghosted – no one can have such amazing physical coordination and be a lively, engaging writer.
Need to finish it, so I can finally read French women don’t get fat.
Arrived at yesterday’s lesson mega stressy due to losing something and returned serene. I’ve been striking poses such as the shoulder stand outside lessons.
I should try some YouTube tutorials before next week.
I’ve been forcing my apple down last thing at night (about 11:30pm yesterday) to fulfil mandated fruit. From now on, I’m going to try to eat it at about 4pm. This might mean I eat less for dinner.
Not sure how to reward myself when I get stuff done. Sometimes a reward is needed to galavanise myself to greater efforts. Would be nice to have healthy rewards. Maybe a mango with raspberries and yoghurt. Might even get some honey.
Finally got round to making it. It was very satisfying – for once I can’t stand the thought of chocolate. Also I don’t want my daily fruit.
