If I do 10 minutes yoga tonight, I’ll make it a daily thing. I think it will be beneficial though feeling very lazy today.
I’m going to make yoga a daily task, but I’m going to make it skippable. This means I can skip it two days running before I have to do it. Starting this 1st April.
I’m thinking of adding 10 minutes’ yoga per day. I’ve just got a really good book with fab photos and there’s no lesson now till 21st April.
I haven’t got round to making the tart. I made Hugh’s Frittata again though. Not as nice as last time, but nice enough to show last time wasn’t a fluke.
Had a small cake bite from a lovely bakery instead of a chocolate and almond croissant. It was enough to keep me going for a while. Quality not quantity.
Walked from Theale to Aldermaston. I didn’t realise it would take so long as it’s so quick when on the train.
