I was at an IAM RoadSmart meeting tonight and ate a lush salted caramel cookie. My thought process was “If I don’t eat this, I’ll get resentful and end up eating more later.” For about 30 minutes afterwards I felt hideously fat and had the feeling I was on a downward spiral to get huger. I should have left it and then picked up a cookie at the end of the meeting if I felt I really had to have one.
Is it worth it?
Put it off for an hour or so.
