New task

I’ve cooked three times now, so I can add a new task. The new one is from the amazingly inspiring book Stop Saying You’re Fine by Mel Robbins. Every day I’ll spend 5 minutes ‘Admitting it’, e.g. writing down what I want and deciding on one small step I’ll take that day in the right direction.
