No alcohol till November

I’m fed up of waking up in the night and not being able to get back to sleep. I’ve tried to be balanced by not drinking every night, but I have at least half a bottle most nights.

I’m going to have lots of healthy tasty food like yogurt and fruit to make up for no booze for two weeks.
