Lunch: Chicken and egg mayo sandwich on white bread.
Snack: Yoghurt. 2 Fox’s biscuits. A single Monster Munch.
Drinks: Black coffee. Tea.
Seriously not drinking tonight. I’m fed up of waking hours before my alarm and not getting back to sleep.
Homemade museli without milk. Was trying to get some energy.
Cooked battered cod in the oven and served it on white bread with mayo and lettuce. (This was my cooking task for the week.)
Some chocolate (not a whole 100g bar).
