Clean Living till Christmas

I’m not going to drink any alcohol till Christmas Day and I’m going to eat at least one piece of fruit and one vegetable per day. If I succeed in not drinking till then – it will be tempting as meeting up with some ex-colleagues next Friday – I’ll give £30 to MSF on Christmas Day.

Breakfast: 3 croissants with butter and apricot jam.

Fruit: Some tangerines. An apple.

Dinner: Ratatouille with pasta and cheese.

Drinks: Black coffee. Grim hot chocolate from Options (am going to try to take it back to Tesco).

My new daily task is to read 5 minutes of FlyLady per day.

Removed three tasks: maths, French/German and 5m art. Might add these back when have more time.
