Breakfast: homemade museli with milk.
Lunch: Pork chop sandwich.
Snacks during the day: biscotti, half a white chocolate cookie, yoghurt, shortbread biscuit. One or two dates.
Drinks: Coffee. Toddy with apple juice, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, cloves and honey. (Was too sweet – didn’t need the honey due to the sugar in the apple juice.)
Snacks in the evening: 3 lush chocolates.
Dinner: 2 lamb pittas with salad and mayo and hot sauce (cabbage, tomatoes).
Fruit: Strawberries with sugar. (Reduced to 2p in Tesco.)
