Breakfast: slices of a new loaf of buttered bread from the breadmaker. I forgot to put the butter in, but it tastes ok.
Drinks: Black coffee.
Snacks: 2 chocolates. 1 Ferrero Rocher.
Need to eat an apple and have some veg later.
CostCo chicken kiev with mayo, chips, peas and sweetcorn.

Tried to make Avena Caliente, a Dominican hot drink based on oats. It reminded me of a good chai latte, but not as good.
