Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.
Lunch: Cheese and kimchi mayo sandwich.
Snack: Lemon yoghurt. 1 chocolate.
Drinks: Black coffee. Ginger ale.
Dinner at Lebanese restaurant. Tasty fried cheese-filled starters. Had veg with lamb for my main. Samples of everyone’s food.
Fruit: Not had any and it’s past 11 o’clock at night. I’ll have an apple now.
