15 minute mile

I took 30 minutes to do 3.2k, which is slightly less than 2 miles. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Breakfast at Café Monde in Winchester: Chai tea. Two slices of buttered toast with two poached eggs, tomato and avocado.

Tonight is the first night of a month of very nearly two drinks. Am feeling weak, but am sure I can manage it. Half a bottle of wine has been enough to get me merry in the past.

Snack: Blueberry yogurt. 1 Ferrero Rocher.

Wine: Approx 375ml white (so succeeding at the Inebriati challenge).

Dinner: Leftovers from Indian take-out and roast dinner from New Year’s Eve. Top combination.

Fruit: Pear.
