Just had some birthday cake at work and feel mega fat and guilty. I tried to cut a small slice but it ended up massive. I should have just had a yoghurt. Never eat to be polite!
Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.
Drinks: Black coffee.
Lunch: Lamb mayo sandwich.
Snack: Velvet cake. Tiny bit of carrot cake.
Dinner from New Greenham Tandoori:
- mixed tandoori
- chana palak paneer (lush)
- pilau rice
- bhindi bhaaij
- lamb bhuna
- cauliflower bhaaji
- sag aloo
Alcohol: About 375ml white wine.
Fruit: 2 raisins.
