Getting slower

I ran this same distance as Monday (3.2k) and took 32:12m. Am not bothered though as practice makes perfect.

Breakfast: Porridge with honey and salt.

Lunch: 4oz stilton and cheddar with 6 small biscuits.

Snack: Finished off B’s lamb sandwich.

Dinner: 2 parathas with the remains of last night’s curry.

Fruit: Apple.
