Back at Yoga

Back to yoga after a month off. Really enjoyed it.

Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.

Lunch: Blue cheese with cucumber and tomato sandwich.

Fruit: Grapes. A pear.

Snack: Lemon mousse. Blueberry yoghurt. 1 Ferrero Rocher. White chocolate biscuit.

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with 2 slices of buttered toast.
