Chicken in White Wine

After last night’s success, I’m making chicken in white wine sauce again. I’m going to make it with chicken legs instead of chicken fillets. Am also going to drain off most of the liquid before adding the cream and egg yolks at the end.

Snack: Yoghurt. Some granola when getting it ready for tomorrow. Salted caramel mousse. Tunnock’s tea cake.

Breakfast: Buttered bread with scrambled eggs.

Fruit: Pink grapefruit with sugar. Nicest fruit I’ve had in ages. Getting more soon. Apple.

Dinner: Chicken and huge mushrooms in white wine sauce with rice.

Alcohol: About 375ml amazing Chablis.
