Went to the gym and had a gentle swim (first time in months). Then went on the ski machine. It’s amazing because you have access to youtube. I watched World’s Strictest Parents. It was so interesting that I exercised much longer than I intended. Still haven’t seen the end though – need to later.
Brunch: 2 roasted chicken legs with salad and homemade vinaigrette (prepared by me).
Snack: 2 spoonfuls of Berkshire honey. Local honey is supposed to reduce hay fever. Tiny bite of chocolate.
Drinks: Latte with sugar. Apple juice. Hot chocolate.
Dinner at The Crab and Boar: blue cheese soufflé starter followed by sea bass with octopus. Had samples of everyone else’s food.
Dessert: Lemon tart and vanilla cream from Sainsbury’s. Lush.
