Not drinking tonight (Monday)

Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey (whilst reading a book – shocking).

Lunch: Most of a can of baked beans with two slices of buttered toast (also whilst reading).

Snacks: Wasabi peanuts. Pitta crisps (rubbish). Tiny bit of granola. Salted caramel profiterole dessert (450 kcals). Kept thinking I should put the dessert back in the fridge, but kept failing.

Drinks: Black coffee.

About to have some alcohol-free sparking wine. I’ll decant half into a smaller bottle like I would with real wine.

Dinner: Chicken with salad (was going to have potatoes, but wanted to make room for lemon tart).

Dessert: Lemon tart with clotted cream and Madagascan vanilla cream.
