La La Land

Breakfast: Porridge with honey and salt.

Lunch: 2 chicken mayo cucumber rolls.

Snack: Yoghurt. Wasabi peanuts. Some pitta crisps (still not nice).

Pre-cinema meal at KFC: lush zinger rice box and a corn.

La La Land: film had a lovely song about following your dreams. Some great bits in it – Emma Stone is a fab actress – but nowhere near as the musicals of the past like Carousel or The Sound of Music. Made me want to get out more and see more theatre and cinema. Arrival looks good.

Fruit: Grapes. Apple.

Drinks: Tea. Black coffee.
