Breakfast: Porridge with salt and far too much honey.
Lunch: 300g cottage cheese with chives on 2 slices of buttered toast.
Snack: Lemon mousse chocolate. Yoghurt.
Dinner: 2 pork chops in baguette with mayo, cucumber, lettuce and tomato.
Nuts: Salted almonds. Monkey nuts. Brazil nuts. Walnuts.
Evening snack: Popcorn. 2 toffifees.
Wine: Had very nearly two drinks. It then turned midnight, so I had another glass of wine. This means I’ve had my 4 drinking days this week, so no booze till Monday.
