Sunday

Breakfast: Porridge with almond milk, honey and blueberries.

Fruit: Tangerine.

Drinks: Black coffee. Tea.

Dinner: Pork chops with boiled potatoes plus spud salad and salad with vinaigrette.

Snacks: 1.5 of Sainsbury’s Belgian Dark Chocolate Coated Stem Ginger Cookies (delicious). Pistachios.
