Breakfast: Granola with milk.

Lunch: Salad with vinaigrette.

Snack: Lemon mousse chocolate. A tiny mint.

Drinks: Black coffee. Tea. Almond milk.

Alcohol: Half a bottle of white wine.

Dinner: Chicken with sumac with pittas and salad.

Fruit: Tangerine.

Evening snacks: 2 chocolate biscuits. Yoghurt with honey and blueberries.
