Breakfast: Porridge with almond milk plus honey and blueberries. (Put the blueberries in the microwave too – really worked.)
Lunch: Chicken with salad.
Drinks: Coffee. Tea. Apple juice.
Dinner: Chicken in sumac with pittas, yoghurt and salad.
Had a horrendous day, so tempted to drink (white wine in fridge), but I’m going to console myself with hot chocolate and The Man in the High Castle at 9:30pm.
Snacks: Some toffifees. Yoghurt with blueberries and honey.
Evening drinks: Hot chocolate. Wanted another hot chocolate, but decided it was too calorific, so microwaved some apple juice and added cloves, cinnamon and honey. Not great, but at least I didn’t eat on my own in front of the telly.
