Lebanese Moussaka

Breakfast: Porridge with almond milk, dates and honey.

Lunch: Fish with mayo dip and lots of salad. (Swapped my sumac chicken for a colleague’s fish as he didn’t like the fish he’d bought.)

Drinks: Tea. Black coffee. Apple juice.

Fruit: Grapes. Apple.

Dinner: Made this recipe of Lebanese Moussaka. B says it’s the best thing I’ve made.

Evening drink: Hot chocolate.
