Breakfast: Porridge with almond milk with blueberries and honey.
Lunch: Lebanese moussaka plus pitta (really nice – am so chuffed with myself. Am looking forward to making it again on Saturday.)
Snack: Yoghurt with blueberries. 2 chocolate ginger biscuits. Mini mint. Vanilla yoghurt.
Fruit: Grapes. Grapefruit sprinkled with sugar.
Drinks: Tea. Black coffee.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with 2 slices of buttered toast.
Alcohol: Half a bottle of white wine.
Snacks: Pringles, pistachios, monkey nuts, mixed nuts.
