Saffron Tea

Saffron tea is calming so I made some with this recipe:

  • cinnamon stick
  • cloves
  • saffron strands
  • milk
  • rooibos tea bag
  • cardonom
  • tumeric
  • honey

Lunch: Rotisserie chicken at The Two Watermills with quinoa salad and kale coleslaw. (Very tasty.)

Snacks: Baklava from last night.

Dinner: Leftovers from cooking competition.

Alcohol: Glass of wine at lunchtime and over half a bottle of wine in the evening. Need to become a member of the inebriati again!
