Breakfast: Porridge with salt.
Drinks: Teas. Coffee. Non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
Was about to have a tea cake, but read the poem and looked at Pinterest for a few minutes instead.
Snack: Tea cake. Hummus with spinach and pittas. Baklava.
Later in the day did not read the poem before having snacks. I’ll try again.
Dinner: Scrambled egg and buttered toast.
Alcohol: Half a bottle of wine.
Exercise: Yoga. Need to do more each day. I’ve been prioritising my daily tasks (see separate menu item) rather than exercise.
