Amendment to February Challenge

  • Blog a tip from French Women Don’t Get Fat each day.
  • Blog any food or drink except water and herbal tea
  • Read If before any unhealthy food.
  • No more than half a bottle of wine on a drinking day. No more than 4 drinking days per week.

Reward: one night in a hotel in Bath with a lush meal. Book this reward before 15th March.

FWDGF tip: Eat what’s in season. Currently this is leeks.

Breakfast: Porridge with honey and seeds.

Lunch: 2 slices of buttered brown bread and some cottage cheese. Excessive amount of butter. I need to start weighing out a sensible amount of butter and taking it with me to work.
