FWDGFT: herbal tea before bed is essential. Also a lavender scent in the bedroom.

Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.

Drinks: Coffee with milk and sugar (a gift). Black coffee. Masala tea.

Lunch: Cottage cheese with prawns (352 calories) plus two slices of buttered toast.

Fruit: Dates.

 Dinner: mushroom omelette with water cress, mayo and chutney.

Alcohol: Mini bottle prosecco and can of Stella.
