Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.

Lunch: Pulled pork and coleslaw baguette.

Drinks: Masala tea. Coffee.

Fruit: Dates. Pear.

Dinner: Pulled pork sandwich with bbq sauce.

Alcohol: Half a bottle of prosecco.

Snacks: Houmous with celery and broccoli. Pistachios. Honey roasted nuts.

FWDGF tip: Chew more! I need to stop wolfing my food down.
