Breakfast: Porridge with honey and salt.

Lunch: Cottage cheese on two slices of buttered toast.

Snacks:  2 yoghurts. Packet of prawn cocktail crisps.

Alcohol: Half a bottle of white wine.

Drinks: Tea. Coffee.

Dinner: 2 and a bit stilton sausages with leeks and jacket potato with butter.

French Women Don’t Get Fat tip: Put cutlery down every now and again.

      • Even then…. it’s pretty lame.

        I get the impression this book should just cut to the chase, If you want to look like Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast At Tiffany’s (which seems to be the aesthetic of this book), Bulimia is the answer.

      • “You can indulge one day if you’re really careful the next.” or take lots of laxatives and stick your fingers down your throat.
