Succeeded in the March challenge – I’ve donated £35 to Young People and Children First and have put a bottle of champagne on my shopping list. Am doing the same challenge in March.
Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.
Lunch: Garlic bread. Cottage cheese and one slice of buttered toast.
Snack: Goji yoghurt.
Alcohol: Two large glasses of white wine.
Dinner: My usual at The Lebanese House.
FWDGF tip: Eat a small amount of dark, bitter chocolate as a snack.
Snack: Had 2 squares of 85% chocolate. Felt invigorated.
