Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.

Lunch: About 3 chips. Cottage cheese on two slices of buttered toast.

Drinks: Tea. Black coffee.

Snacks: Small cookie. Tiny slice of quiche. Mini savoury snack. Cup cake.

Fruit: grapes, pear, dates, tangerine.

Dinner: boiled eggs and toast. Cottage cheese.

Alcohol: half a bottle champagne.

Snacks: crisps. Cheese, biscuits and chutney. Dark chocolate.
