I’m going to do 5 minutes yoga per day this month. I’ll buy a lush mat as a reward.

Brunch: salad.


Snack: Myrtille tart from Paul’s.

Fruit: 3 figs.

Tip: eat dinner at the table.

Dinner at the Woodspeen to celebrate C’s birthday.


Drinks: Finished a bottle of champagne from the other night and had about half a bottle of lovely Loire red called Bretèche. I’m not going to drink anymore white wine or champagne till the end of the month unless it is offered and it would be rude to refuse.

Snacks: Two Jersey shortbread biscuits.
