Breakfast: Porridge with salt and honey.

Lunch: 2 kaju katli followed by cottage cheese and two slices of buttered toast and a mini extra strong mint.

Drinks: Black coffee. Tea.

Alcohol: Sharing a bottle of red wine.

Snack: Four large slices of 85% chocolate.

Dinner: Lots of slices of Domino’s Italian range with rocket and dips. One of Frank’s red hot wings with dip.

Japanese women don’t get fat tip: Eat with chopsticks – it slows you down.

  1. “Eat with chopsticks – it slows you down.” At least this makes sense – but only if you lose your appetite while you are eating.

    Japanese women don’t get fat, they just die from stroke/hypertension/vascular dementia from the colossal amount of salt in their diet. If they don’t get poisoned by all the heavy metals in the fish first.
