Breakfast: Porridge with honey and salt. Some broccoli whilst making my chicken sandwich.
Lunch: Chicken sandwich with mayo. One extra strong mint.
Fruit: Two tangerines. Some grapes.
Dinner: Chicken, leeks, new potatoes with butter plus gravy. (Made by me.)
Drinks: Tea. Coffee.
Snacks: 3 champagne truffles. Mango, avocado and walnut smoothie with cinnamon.
Greek Women Don’t Get Fat Tip: Eat 100g of fatty fish daily. I’ve added peppered mackerel to my shopping list.
