Tap the craving away

A top tip from DailyBurn for avoid food craving is to tap your forehead for 30 seconds or tap your foot on the floor for 30 seconds (the first is better). Clearly it’s better to go for a quick walk round the building or drink a cup of tea, but sometimes there’s no time for that.
