FitBit Update

Just logged my food so far today. So far I’ve had approx 724 calories (it’s 12:32pm). It’s interesting to see that 40% of this is carbs, 35% fat and 25% protein.

Someone told me once to never have anything that is more than 10% fat. We’re going round to see some friends later – will take lots of cherry tomatoes for snacking.
